Take 2 mins to see how absurd our media really is…
I was the same. Partner watching it last night and after I overheard that quote I said what because she is Italian?
Let me guess, this alpha has spent time whining about Dr. Seuss lately.
Surely they’re not implying the ex president is not as good as his word?
So should I not be hiring locals to carry me around on a literal fucking palanquin when I visit impoverished island nations in the 21st century?
An oral “sign off” is worthless
First amendment fallback tho.
RNC chief counsel Justin Riemer asserted that the committee “has every right to refer to public figures as it engages in core, First Amendment-protected political speech, and it will continue to do so in pursuit of these common goals.”
Harry served in Afghanistan. Probably was never in danger, but Kirk would shit his pants at that.
You don’t hire them foolish commoner! It’s their honour and duty as proud members of the empire
commonwealth. Or we send in the gunboats.
Well have my man toss them a farthing or two anyway in appreciation.

Shite I tell ye, its all shite.

To be fair, who would have thought to look for him in Kenya?
I wonder how the Kenyan authorities spotted him so quickly?
Does Prince Charles literally have one person who wipes his butt and a different person who wipes his penis? Does the penis wiper also hold it for him? Yes I know the ancient position of chamber pot secretary or whatever it’s called. I want to know if they’re still doing that insanity.
Things aren’t quite that insane but one bit I remember from the You’re Wrong About 5-part Diana series I listened to recently was that at Balmoral, which is like their holiday house, the staff aren’t even supposed to see them at all. If a staff member encounters a member of the royal family in a hallway or something, they have to turn and face the wall so as to avert their gaze.
The theme of the podcast series was that celebrity is abusive and the celebrity of the royal family doubly so - not only do they have the constant scrutiny of all celebrities but they’re expected to maintain a ludicrous code of conduct and lifestyle while under that scrutiny. The denouement of the series was William and Harry, aged 12 and 15 I think, having to follow their dead mother’s casket on the hour and a half long funeral procession because Charles was afraid (with good reason) that he’d otherwise be booed. They were used as human shields, essentially.
I’m #TeamHarry here regardless of what Markle is or isn’t, because the institution of the royal family needs to be demolished and this is a good place to start. Also because Piers Morgan was angry at them and “hold the opposite of any opinion Piers Morgan expresses” is a rule of thumb yet to let me down.
