This is purely based on natural personality. Obama had the cool gene, but he also had more than a bit of the nerd gene. Clinton was charismatic but a bit too eager to please to be truly cool. Kennedy defined cool in his age and Reagan was so cool that he was paid by one of the largest corps in America to be their spokesperson. Reagan’s coolness altered the natural course of history, creating monsters like Brett Kavanaugh, John Roberts, and a generation of GOP operatives.
What can you say about Ted that hasn’t been said already. His daughter seems cool. No means no!
