This is funny, but I have seen a polar opposite perspective that I also find pretty funny. I have a coworker who was born and raised in Spain but now lives in America. She’s actually really shy about talking science in Spanish because she’s so used to discussing it in English that she feels burdened trying to translate all that terminology back into Spanish, despite that being her native tongue.

The general take from what I’ve seen from replies to Trump FB posts is that he looked like a bully asshole and he should let Biden speak next time so Biden hangs himself.

Biden went to the University of Delaware. He said in 2019 that he got his start at Delaware State, because that’s where he launched his first Senate campaign. The right is attacking him as if he claimed he attended an HBCU.
It can’t be said enough. Like 70% of the country wasn’t aware of what uncut Trump sounds like. We frequently underestimate the apathy that exists.

What do we agree was the most surprising moment of the debate? Hearing Biden say Antifa was an idea rather than an organization was startling.
If I was his campaign manager I’d have him elaborate that “some people use that idea to make the world a better place, and as president I would make sure they do it in a way that is lawful.” Doubles down on his status as the law and order status quo that protects your suburban home while still providing lip service to the critics.
