I mean i disagree about the DUI thing, but has nobody seen the video of the dude trying to run over protesters? I forgot his name but just google his name. i saw it on a reddit thread, there is a video from a few months ago where this same guy tried to run down a bunch of BLM protesters. I mean he didn’t go up on the sidewalk, so he could have if he wanted too, but he rushes the ones in the street.

Because dui penalties in the US are absurdly light and if you don’t seriously injure or murder someone you won’t likely go to jail at all. You got to rack up a half dozen or more to get in real trouble.
As for the provisional license thing, I don’t know it is absurdly stupid. It turns almost no punishment into literally no punishment.

Honestly if Trump wins again the rest of the world is going to have to kiss his ass right? Until they can eventually exclude them from everything? Because Trump is going to go full not giving a fuck and completely burn any country who’s leader isn’t completely kissing his ass.
