I’m trying not to think about it but Trump is committed enough to his narcissism to try to start a war so they can make up a narrative about how you can’t change Presidents in a war.

In his “mind”, he doesn’t lose. If things are working out that means he won, if things are going bad that means others failed him. His own personal view of his contributions to success and failure exactly mirrors his looking at increases in the stock market as signs that he did something good and drops in the stock market are, like, Obama’s fault.
