And lets face it all most lawyers do is try and find a precedent they can apply to forward their argument. It’s not like many of them are coming up with original thoughts.

I mean I can’t blame him. He’s gotten out of everything his whole life. He’s also a full blown believer in the cult of positivity. He’s one of those people who thinks that you ‘manifest your own reality’ through positive or negative thinking. So he probably thinks that if he just wills it hard enough he’ll get out of this mess like all the others.
