Those eyes are just identical. And obviously whoever did that was a calculated agent provocateur - which a cop would be motivated to do, among others.
Yeah, thats a big part of it. The amounts paid out by Chicago in misconduct issues came to 113 million (and I’m pretty sure that doesn’t count restitution from illegal convictions, where the money comes from the state. I’d guess that money could have been better spent seeings the city is horrendously broke.

i love the guy who tells him ohh you wanna go and then asks someone to hold his blunt, most of the people around that guy knew he was suspicious as fuck
I’m sure there are lots of bogus reported incidents of police brutality but there are probably also lots of real incidents that go unreported.
I have no idea if 18 is a lot. I wonder what the average per year for an officer is?
In a Thursday evening statement posted to YouTube, LAPD Chief Michel Moore said the department would do “everything possible” to facilitate protesters as they demonstrated.
“Street demonstrations are and should be occurring across this country and in this city to bring voices to injustices,” he said. “It is part of the very democracy of what makes this country great.”
You see that kind of pattern once in a while in Chicago.
@Kep, 18 is going to be well above average for any department.
Oh yeah - understood.
I live in Reno.

medical examiner is already talking about “potential intoxicants”, time to burn down the medical examiners office
“hey I was participating in torture, but that death wasn’t my fault, I’m innocent.”
“Oh yeah, and when the dude I was torturing stopped breathing, I just let him lay there like that.”
lol thinking I have buddies.
“The Doritos would have eventually killed him if the cop’s knee hadn’t.” -Minnesota Quincy, probably
2020 is the year deaths don’t matter because everyone has underlying health conditions.
See, they told us in school how dangerous smoking weed is.
Yeah this is a totally insane way to go about things considering the cops get off almost 100% of the time regardless of the charges anyway.
Ah, well, if the cops say it wasn’t them, that settles that.
I don’t think the cause of death matters from a legal standpoint. I remember a case where a young man did a strong-arm robbery of a woman in her 60’s and she died of a heart attack when she tried to chase him. He got convicted of first degree murder.
Yeah it significantly induces your risk of being killed by cops while doing nothing. Quite the comorbidity.
Someone should check to see if this medical examiner took out any fire insurance on her lab recently.
@jman220 aren’t you a prosecutor? Is there any good reason to wait this long to arrest the officers? How long does it typically take to arrest someone after they’re caught on camera murdering someone?
I was a prosecutor. There are often very good reasons both strategic and for evidence gathering purposes to delay an arrest, especially when there’s not an appreciable risk of flight or further harm. None of those reasons make sense when you have such an incredibly clear case like you have here though, on video, with tons of witnesses.
Your honor, I plead not guilty, you see I shot him in the head, that’s true… But he had an underlying health issue of being a mere mortal. He was going to die eventually anyway!
Ah, okay then, I find you not guilty. Have a good day officer. Everyone clear the court room before they burn this bitch down.
