Never had balut, but have tried hakarl and had a similar reaction. Was hoping for something surprisingly good or the worst thing Iāve ever eaten. It was neither, just regular bad.

Ok, Iāll diagnose Clovis too. As you get older the part of your eye that adjusts to change focus gets less flexible. Maybe when you wake up it takes more time to adjust because you were dreaming about things really far away or something. Or maybe because your eyes were closed for a long time.

Got new contacts and theyāre awesome! Now to decide how much of my remaining fortune to invest in different kinds of glasses I wonāt wear. Progressive lenses here I come.
I have a prescription for progressive lenses, but havenāt gotten them yet.
Some people complain about getting dizzy and optometrist says they take getting used to. I made due with single-vision before bc theyāre cheaper but may go for it now.
According to the Hypochondriacās Key to Worst-Case Scenarios, with blurred vision, you may have Mad Cow Disease, but itās probably just a hangover.

Thing I didnāt know. The song āHow Bizarreā in the 90ās was from a New Zealand band and the guy looked cool. I never saw the music video until today
Iāve probably seen hundreds of Pepe memes in the last couple years and only a handful of them were bigoted (around the same rate as a non-Pepe meme). I donāt hang around places where racist memes are common, but I wouldnāt assume that a kid is a deplorable just because of that. Itās possible that they donāt even know the alt-right connotations.
I prefer the failed attempts and celebrating. Iād like to know how many tries each thing took.
