Holy Cow! Kramer put himself in charge of maintaing a highway after running over an abandoned sewing machine. He uses this opportunity to create a more luxurious 2-lane highway. This isnā€™t a good idea as Newman suffers a potentially gruesome fate due to the aforementioned sewing machine. OH THE HUMANITY!!

Meanwhile, Jerry canā€™t bring himself to kiss his girlfriend after she uses a toothbrush that accidentally fell into his toilet bowl. George, desperate to get his keys back, jackhammers a newly covered pothole which hits a water mane, making water shoot out of Jerryā€™s girlfriendā€™s toilet bowl. Elaine, also desperate herself, claims to live in a maintenance closet in order to get her Chinese food.

Crazy how many YouTube videos I can find of this episode! Too many amazing moments.

Even crazier was that I forgot about this episode up until now. If I had remembered it, I probably wouldā€™ve picked it in the 4th round. Itā€™s a pick with fringe second round value imo.

Oddly, 6 of my 7 picks were in either season 8 or 9 with five of them in the latter.
