10 minute drives against teams with > 0 timeouts don’t really happen. Especially now with greatly enhanced average starting field position. It would be almost impossible for a team to receive the overtime kickoff and fully run 10:00 against a team with 2 timeouts. Don’t think we will see that in our lifetimes.

yah, and if a team really can execute a 10:00 70-yard drive against you while you have 2 timeouts, that’s a you problem and not a rules problem imo.

But if you can run it past the 2 minute warning, make the other team burn their TOs, and then score a TD, your win % is 90% or something. As Green Bay demonstrated.
