NFL Thread 3: Is Tyreek Gonna Cut Melkerson?

Holy shit George

LOL funny. I lived in Madison and Mangold could just as easily move two mile east to Chatham and be with his people. So funny how Madison is now like super multicultural highly educated professionals and Chatham next door is angry racist old money, My colleague (light brown) who lived in Chatham had the cops called on him for his grass clippings being on the street, while he was still in the process of mowing his grass.

Let’s say I walk up to the hardest crip on the street and tell him I just pulled a train on his mom. He kills me.

Would Nick Mangold say I was murdered just for expressing my right to free speech? Or is there maybe some other variable at play?

fyp.

Despite his apparent MAGAness, it’s sad that Mangold died so young.

If I understand correctly, he started dialysis after what he referred to as a “rough summer”. Quite possibly, he started around the time he said he needed a kidney donor.

I don’t gamble/bet. I don’t really make picks/predictions.

Something about the Washington money line tonight has my attention. At least it did when it was +500. I am just documenting this for posterity.

(Watch chiefs win by 30)

People do all the time. Realize this obviously might hit a little close to home, but less than 50% of people on dialysis live for more than 5 years. Expectation will obviously vary significantly based on the cause of the kidney issues.

It feels like most of the people in my clinic have been on it a long time. But I have noticed some people not showing up anymore. I don’t know if they changed days or died.

If he was resistant to the idea of dialysis, and got on it too late, I could see it being a problem. My kidney function was at 1 or 2 percent when I got on it, and even after the first hour and a half session that was a test to see how I’d handle it, I felt dramatically better. I’m guessing his elevated weight may also have played a part in how well he tolerated dialysis. It is possible they couldn’t clean him out enough. I’d just like more detail on what he went through.

That’s actually pretty interesting. Aaron Rodgers knew Parsons was about to sack him because he heard the crowd get louder.

For anyone wondering why Beav got fired, you’ll enjoy how stupid he is.

Was he actually Trumpy tho?

Here’s maybe kind of an interesting question:

If you knew you were almost never going to get onto the field as a member of the secondary, but were good enough to make the practice squad, would you prefer that over whatever requirements there are with backup practice to stand on the sideline all game? Practice squad 2+ year vets can make around $400k most likely without any serious risk of injury. Seems like a way to often extend what are generally very short careers.

All of those guys are hyper competitors, so they’d probably prefer the game stuff, but practice squad still seems like a decent job that contributes to the team.

He was trumpy before trump

Nah. Vet minimum is so much more money. I guess if you told me I could make a 10 year career on practice squads, sign me up. But in reality that’s shit job security.

How much is a vet 1 game minimum for a call up?

I indirectly ‘know’ someone doing this for Atlanta.

Probably prorated to 1/17th of the minimum salary.

Seems like it’s a little bit over 3 times practice squad salary for how long he’s been in the league.

He was called up for one game a few weeks ago and sent right back down.

He left the Chiefs for the Falcons in hopes of playing time. They cut him on the last cut and took almost 2 weeks to put him on the practice squad.

He looks more like a Safety than a CB to me.

Here come the chiefs flags! Fun

What a weak ass call

Wrong thread:

“Whine about the refs here.”
