The Spurs have been all over the map in this series and bettors are calling it for them? Wild.
ive pre checked and Jordan Poole was born on Jun 19th, the date of potential nba finals game 7. Knicks should sign him up.
Seeing -180ish for Spurs. That seems like a smash spot imo.

No matter what happens in that series I canāt see it going 7 games
Mitch is probably better than all of them to defend him but heās a 20 minute player.
But will he post up and use his advantages? I thought his play was overall tentative for such a dominant type player in this series.
I think against a 6ā7" guy he may do more of that but Iām sure the Knicks are going to scheme up whatever they can. He only played 25 mins off the bench in the NBA Cup game.
The Knicks can also steal the ball so Iām very curious how this goes. Preliminarily I still like the Knicks due to how inconsistent the Spurs were.
Iām a Knicks fan so obviously biased, but the Spurs seem like a way, way, way, way better matchup to me. Wemby isnāt a Shaq-type player who you just feed nonstop. Heās going to abuse KAT sometimes, sure, but everyone does. Wemby affects the game in a different way, and you need to use team defense against him. Plus, if Mitch is healthy (big if), heās one of the best bigs in the league you could throw at Wemby. Heās a good defender and, more importantly, he can seriously compete with Wemby for rebounds.
Against OKC I think the Knicks wouldāve had like 10% equity at best. Against SAS I think itās more like a coinflip. Really like this matchup for the Knicks. Pumped to see what happens.

Obviously the Wemby minutes are most important but man, it felt completely different with Fox on vs. off the court. Was super impressed by him as a stabilizing force. Made a handful of shots when they really needed one and you didnāt worry about him coughing it up like when Castle was ball handling.

Knicks matched up very well with the Spurs in the reg season but this is now a battle tested team and whatever happens will not look the same.
That was the greatest playoffs series Iāve seen in the NBA. The Kornet block was the play of the game.
Dylan Harper is a killer and still would not trade for Flagg.
