And DC (the city) is going to lose the Wizards and Caps to a new stadium being built out in Northern Virginia. I fear the move is going to further decimate that part of Downtown and spook other cities when teams try to negotiate new stadium deals.
Aldesonās just bought the mavs, and are now buying up property in Irving Texas (where cowboys played before Arlington. Rumors that casino/stadium could end up there outside of Dallas. I think if they got the hockey team to go, there would no no teams in Dallas proper.
