I remember after the Harden trade to the Nets, some folks on 2+2 were dogging the return for the Rockets. I said all of their big 3 had left teams before, could easily do it again.
Same sort of deal this last offseason with Utah’s two trades. Minnesota already is having trouble. Every team is closer to being a bunch of bums than we think. Jaylen’s broken face could prevent him from getting All NBA, which would mean the Cs can’t really extend him before Free Agency. Maybe he leaves, Time Lord disintegrates and the Celtics are a play in team for the next decade. A shiver just went down my spine.
Jesus - I can’t believe the Raptors gave Khem Birch 3 years 20mm. I figured he was an expiring. Really curious to see what the protections are on that 1st rounder for Poeltl.

Matthews does not play much. He’s still a very good defender, so they’ll put him in to clamp down on a scorer - he and Jrue stymied Paul George and Kawhi down the stretch of the comeback over the Clippers - but that’s about it.
