huh? he basically made the 2020 finals a series by himself, and was the best player in the finals vs the Lakers.
As a mavs fan I feel more confident going into this series. That being said if it ends in four, or ends in seven, I am here for it.
To me the biggest key going into game 1 is if the warriors can shut down Dallasā 5 out.
If the guards can get into the paint and open up the outside shots I give them a chance.
That Heat-Cs game must have set a record for number of highlight blocks. 20 in the game and it seemed like every one was awesome.
He looked washed last year.
Honestly I donāt really know what to think of the series. Sometimes warriors look like they should easily beat Dallas, sometimes they look like they should lose in 5. Depends on which Warriors team shows up, and how many turnovers they have. Also if Steph can hit his mostly open shots. Dude shots 33% from 3 last series, not going to win shooting like that against Dallas, that said Memphis defense is a lot better than Dallas imo especially without Ja in the line up.
First two games are big. If Dallas can still one on the road thats huge, because homecourt is usually huge for GS, their secret weapon. So if Mavs steal one on the road thats a huge blow. Although as we saw 2-0 doesnāt mean its over.
Great video showing the adjustments Kidd made after the first two games and how Dallas defense was the huge difference after those first two games. Also how they hid Luka on defense.
Kerr vs Kidd adjustment game will certainly be a treat
The Ringer has the mavs as very slight favorites in the series. Not sure I agree with that.
Ime has a " non-covid illness ". Seems like a huge blow to the celtics as Ime was a huge part of their turn around this year. But maybe Iām overrating it because of the Warriors looking like trash after Kerr went out is still fresh in my mind. Although maybe its just food poisoning or something and he can come back for game 2.
Would really suck with Horford & Ime, illness might just be spreading through that Boston locker room.
āThe Celtics have had multiple positives in their traveling party in this past weekā¦ā ā Brian Windhorst
Not ideal.
Seemed like they think Udoka will be fine for tomorrow, but we know people can show symptoms before testing positive.
Horford came out before the playoffs and said he was vaccinated and could play in Toronto - there were some reports speculating that he and Brown were unvaccinated. Brown has never publicly said either way.
Good thing the series is every other day!
Otto Porter Jr. is the key to game 1.
TNTās satellite feed to Inside the NBA is called āThe Ochoā
If anyone misses a game because theyāre unvaccinated thatās on them and I have zero sympathy
Iām scared
Wow they just missed Lukas eye. Could be the series right there.
Offensive rebounding killing mavs
Yeah wtf is up with steph. Definitely a bad sign lol
Lol Wiggins too wtf
Mavs getting wide open threes and missing is killing me.
Maxi second foul is bad for mavs.
