Appearing on SportsCenter with Scott Van Pelt, ESPN NBA insider Brian Windhorst reported that the Bucks are unlikely to get Khris Middleton back for Game 7 on Sunday.
"Earlier this week, the folks I was talking to were giving me some optimism about Middleton playing this weekend, but that has not happened. That has not developed.
“And now I would say there’s pessimism about Sunday, and frankly, I have been told that even if the Bucks advance, the start of the conference finals, there’d be pessimism he’d be ready to start.”

Crazy to look at the what ifs of the last few years. 3 years ago up 2-0 in ECF, 2 years ago clear best team itl prior to Covid wrecking the season, and this year looks like it would have been a likely title run with a healthy Middleton. Still might be, but this has been a damn impressive 4 years to potentially only end up in 1 title.

Yeah, I’m not sure I can squeeze Ja into the top 5 for next generation faces of the league, with Giannis, Jokic, Doncic, and Booker all seeming pretty comfortably above him. I guess it’s him or Mitchell for 5th, and Ja would have to RANG to improve his ranking any.
Ja is definitely top 5 in popularity, wouldn’t put him there in ability yet. Lamelo is another where their popularity outweighs the skill as of now.
I kinda assume nba wants an American as the face of the league for ratings.
Would be cool to have international guys as the face of the league. Although I think the last finals had the worst ratings in a really long time
