National Basketball Association - 2022/23 Season (Part 1)

They weren’t expected to make the playoffs and ended up with the #1 offense
Nothing wrong with them just need to play better late in games

only ant’s 2nd year in the league

in the 3rd he’ll learn to not give the ball to towns late cause wtf was that shot

dlo’s a nice scorer at times but he’s just not gonna put in enough effort on both ends every game maybe move on from him

wolves might’ve been a tougher matchup to the warriors, nuggets but towns instead of jokic and more shooters/scorers. Ja is a hell of a scorer esp when he gets calls but isn’t a good shooter and they don’t have a strong down low scorer to take advantage of the warriors being forced to guard one of those with draymond

Warriors are the #2 defense

I mean prior to this series the record for teams down 10 points coming back to win was 1 game in a series. The wolves blew 3. Plus 25 points twice in one game.

I get they’re inexperienced, but that’s some historical shit. Plus grizz are really young too.

Agree ant will be a beast though

they lost 3 of 4 to memphis, including the game they had everyone

Not sure what that has to do with lacking defense. But I doubt they beat them in a game where they had everyone considering the core played together 11 minutes this entire season.

Also nuggets 3-1 with the warriors this year too.

But honestly who knows with match ups.

League figured out that is a much smarter rig than forcing a game 7 in a small market

No games on saturday? What kinda BS is that?

Great art over on reddit

Grizz over Wolves one is fucking gnarly

I think the top four seeds will win the second round as well. With only one game seven.

Celtics in 5
Heat in 5-6 depending on how many games Embiid plays
Warriors in 6
Suns in 6

Mavs/Jazz is my favorite.

Just some dude playing the saxophone. Then some cowboy comes up, shoots him, and walks away with his horse.

This is why coach Caine needs to go in Utah.

Doncic leads the league in drive rate this postseason, with 36 drives per 100 possessions, according to Second Spectrum. Jalen Brunson ranks second, with 33 per 100. No other player on any playoff team is higher than 30. And the Mavericks are averaging about 1.2 points per possession when Doncic or Brunson drives. That’s a better scoring rate than the best offense in the NBA.

If somehow the bucks pull this off it’s because the Celtics were overrated :)

Guess it’s time for Scott Foster to get the Celtics back in the game

jaylen brown gonna have to be a lot better than this for the celtics to have a series

Lol. I’ve been waiting for someone to rehash the Ainge GM discussion.

Giannis is fucking ridiculous lol
