I HATE the extra baseman on second in extras. It looks like it’s not a thing in the post season because it is obviously terrible.
I get saving arms, but there are much better ways.

Expand the roster for future games. If you get to the 13th you get an extra pitcher roster spot for 3-5 days + 1 spot for every 3 innings beyond the 13th?
