Thank god. Was worried with some bad recent polling and the fact that Youngkin is somehow popular.
Every other ad was either D - MAGA R’s want to make abortion illegal or R - super radical D’s who are allies with defund the police want to let all rapists and murderer’s go free.

I think it’s more likely that R’s just have decided things are worse (because Biden), regardless of whether they truly are.

District spans 3 counties. I’m pretty sure you’re only looking at Franklin. That’s the largest, but I believe both Delaware and Union counties voted against.
It’s going to be very close and I will likely cry real tears if it passes. One of our kids will be dramatically affected if it fails.

The Franklin county website says that it incorporates other counties’ votes when applicable, so the Franklin number might actually include the other 2 counties, in contrast to what I told you.
I’m not going to rest easy until it’s official, but Mrs spidercrab and I are really happy and stunned right now.
Also seems like the school board didn’t elect either extremist candidate, so it’s really been a fantastic night.

Looks like all the crazy moms for Liberty School board candidates lost in my town.
Unless something happens with the next vote drop tomorrow, the person I endorsed won handily.
