lol anecdotes but I heard an NPR interviewer talking to two voters in some GA county during my afternoon commute, one AA dude who just turned 18 in Dec and was excited to vote for the first time, and one Karen who was convinced the Nov elections were 100% rogged but only showed up to vote because her husband bribed her with a lunch date but otherwise would not have come and said none of her friends were voting. One (more) time?
