the idea of something like bringing George Bush on stage at the DNC convention is vile. it makes the entire party hypocrites. this is the man that lied to get us into the Iraq war. it’s not arguments about marginal tax rates, hundreds of thousands of people were killed because of his administration’s desire to war with iraq over bogus wmd claims. to bring him on stage while specifically denying any palestinian the right to be on stage would be horrific.
if the bad guy wants to endorse you let him but you dont make him a guest of honor at your party, he’s still the bad guy.
