There’s a full moon every Easter.
Easter is defined as the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox (usually around March 22). That’s why the date of Easter changes every year.
Also why it’s maddening to me that super Christian people refuse to acknowledge science and the role of history in their symbolism, but that’s a whole separate conversation. Most Christians don’t even know why Easter is when it is, and it’s allegedly a top two holy day for them.
My gf and I visited the Hagia Sophia and they have free literature about Islam so my gf picked up a pamphlet and read it and was surprised that it seems like Islam in general is very pro-science and was using scientific arguments in favor of converting to Islam. I wouldn’t know enough to comment, but that was an interesting revelation to me. Obviously, they are severely lacking in most other areas though.
Maybe historically it hasn’t been the case and they are just excellent at marketing to skeptics. Probably not the thread for this convo.
No likes? This is a travesty!

No way. For real?
I’ve seen the one with the colours and the one with perspective. Those stars are moving!
