Well I think it’s trying to say give me one or more alpha characters, possibly with periods mixed in, followed by an @ sign, followed by one or more alpha characters with possible periods mixed in, followed by a period, followed by 2-4 alpha characters. A valid email address basically.
But the dashes after the \w- are either wrong or some weird form of regex.

I know only 1 of those 4.
I know the bottom 2.
Feel like I’ve seen the top left before but don’t know from what. Top right doesn’t ring a bell at all.
