I don’t think it’s the same couple. The guy in the left pic is clearly wearing Nikes for one thing.
I think she lost a bunch of weight on lockdown while he gained or stayed the same? Not sure if it’s implying she’s gonna leave him…

The amount of people explaining this guy’s joke is too damn high haha. Think I’ve seen a variation of this edit like 50 times instead of just posting the original which isn’t exactly subtle.
