I took a shower once in the Flying J that is located on the north side of I-90 there in Rapid City. Honestly, Rapid City was a pretty cool little city in July with a bustling little downtown and a ton of outdoor activities a short drive away.
the way americans would colonize this tiny peninsula would be to create a pyramid or inverted-cone type structure where the apartments at the very top are the most expensive and the prices go down along the slope of the sides. the interior space is massive and super cheap but without any possible sunlight it’s utter chaos 24/7
