From what I can gather from Jeffrey Tobin on CNN (I know but I’m streaming with little signal) is that the votes will be put back to the floor on Witnesses and Docs when ALL arguments are made, I. E. The end of the 3 day opening arguments.
K thats what I thought. Essentially starting the trial with no evidence, as one does in most trials obv.

Who workshopped “cover up” as the term the Dems are going to use to describe what the Senate Republicans are doing here? It’s fucking terrible. This is much closer to treason than a “cover up.”
