Cole has spent the entire ten minutes explaining how this isnt bipartisan and we cant continue because of that, as if the republicans would ever impeach for ANY reason.
Do these motherfuckers not understand their role in any of this? Why are they so hellbent on destroying the powers of congress? Future presidents will use these precedents and the fact they are loading courts who don’t think presidents should be limited at all to blow them up completely.
They have to see this. But the short term grift is more appealing? Just doesn’t make sense.

I would add the republicans are no worse than house members (regardless of party) who do not vote to impeach because of the color of their home district.
