cheryl leaving is probably a death knell. if i could take a long short on this company id hammer it. she almost certainly protected him for years from his most idiotic impulses.
wasn’t really sure where to put this but one of my linkedin connections (a female tech executive) “celebrated” this (she’s connected to one of the attorneys, apparently, so maybe she’s just happy for lawyers generating billable hours, idk). really love the rainbow log, <<chef’s kiss>>

Nothing here surprises me at all and I’m surprised you’re surprised. In fact I’m surprised you can make a fb account at all without a phone number. I wouldn’t be surprised if that was changed recently due to the growth number from a few months ago that quartered their stock.

It’s weird that none of this ever happens to my half dozen test accounts. Maybe because I never actually use Facebook - just logon.
Yeah I think they also send out fake security alerts to reactivate users to get active user #s up for quarterly filings or some shit. I got a security email about someone trying to access my account, the first communication I have received from Facebook in over a decade since I permanently deleted my account. Afaict it was just a ruse to get me to log in and became “active” again.
