What was the deal with those machines that put the band around your waist and vibrated? Were they actually a good workout or fat loss thing? Like better than just planking? Has anyone ever tried one?
Edit: I could have asked google. They were more a thing in the 50s and 60s and definitely do not work.

Yeah I was thinking they probably worked as well as the electrodes you would hook up to your abs that forced your muscles to contract in the 90s
