USA would easily finish top 4 in Euros

Well Portugal are Euro champs and USA have a win and draw against them in World Cup, so youā€™d have to assume that USA would at least be faves to win it all.

Itā€™s really 2 wins

I know youā€™re jokingā€¦I mean you areā€¦arenā€™t you?

Belgium
France
England
Portugal
Spain
Italy
Denmark
Germany
Switzerland
Croatia
Netherlands
Wales
Sweden

All ranked higher by FIFA.

FIFA rankings are far from perfect, but not THAT far.

You wouldnā€™t buy the Brooklyn Bridge, would you?

I am joking.

But I think the potential is there for USA to slot in somewhere between the Tier A and Tier B teams in Europe in 4-8 years. Depends if the guys at top clubs keep developing and a new crop that is equally as talented can become the depth players.

Roughly equivalent to 12th best in Europe now and thatā€™s with almost all the key players being 18-22 years old. Future is pretty bright, but remains to be seen if this crop with Reyna/Pulisic/Dest/McKennie was a one time thing or if they can reload with another crop in 4 years.
