Mexico isn’t a top 30 team in world football anymore, top 40 is probably a stretch.
Teams like Nigeria, Ecuador, Norway, Canada are in the 40s for example. All have more talent.

I once had a team build one of these. The ref before me abandoned the game instead of letting them use it because the stanchion could hit a player in the head if he was running along the goal line. It would also prevent a ball going in from scoring a valid goal if it hit the top of the stanchion.
When it was my turn, the stanchion was connected to an angled joint with a piece parallel to the ground then intercepting the crossbar. I let them use it.
