He is. He’d definitely force workers to come in sick, but because of a managerial mindset, but he wouldnt be out there taking selfies with sick workers. Hed be writing up a PowerPoint how only a doctors note validates a sick day. He certainly wouldn’t have the balls to basically call the company a pussy for doing anything else than wholesale endorsing having sick workers come in.

I’m surprised they didn’t try to lie their way out of it. “Feeling sick” could be any number of not transmissible things. Someone knowledgeable with access to her medical history could have very easily concocted some scenario of “feeling sick” that poses zero public health risk.

Yeah, probably. Most states allow 16 year olds to marry with parental consent. Some go younger, some don’t require consent. Might be why they went to CA.

I’m a bit rusty on this but I’m pretty sure it’s wrong. A spouse can’t be compelled to testify against another spouse, regardless of what the testimony entails. Separately, any communications between spouses while they’re married are privileged and can’t be introduced as evidence.
