Golf: No Bones, just Bonesaws

I liked the episode with Tony Finau. He comes across as a real good dude.

I’ve watched up to the Dahmen episode.

Spieth and Thomas strike me as just a couple of standard golf dorks. Nothing really interesting about them, and mostly harmless.

Thought Scottie came off pretty well. Happy guy who’s great at golf enjoying the ride.

Brooks seemed pretty unhinged about his game. I didn’t have a good impression of him before this and I’d say it’s worse now. Just kinda an empty miserable person.

Lol Ian Poulter as always. So dramatic. Liked this episode tho.

Joel Dahmen episode was fun. Would’ve liked to hear about the money games he plays outside the tour. Will be kinda sad when he’s gone from the tour and forgotten in a couple years.

Brooks looked like he was clinically depressed. Made me feel a little bad for him, since he didn’t seem to have many people around him that could help him in the way he probably needed.

Tiger just putted into a bunker.

I don’t know anything about it.

Good bogey save. Seemed like there was no good option to play that one.

maybe. Seems like putting it or chipping it past the hole and letting it come down might have been better. Not sure though. I wonder if he’ll say it was intentional.

might have to watch that one, he’s one of my favorite pros to root for.

Was anyone watching live? It seemed like Tiger imploded on the back nine. Did his leg just give out or something?

He appeared to stop giving a shit after putting into a bunker on #6. May still make the cut.

He was still T30-ish or so after the bogey. I didn’t get the sense he became disinterested. He’s just not as good anymore and is going to put up bogeys. 8 and 9 are among the hardest holes on the course today.

Doesn’t look good for making the cut. Oh well he can rest up for the Masters.

Tiger looking good for making the cut. Oh well, who cares about the Masters.

Brendan Steele, Thomas Pieters and Danny Lee headed to LIV. Well if that doesn’t put the fledging golf league on the path to success, I don’t know what else will.

67 for Tiger, not bad for an old man

Yeah, heck of a round.

So can he be a factor at the Masters? If he’s going to make a run, it’s got to be there or at the Memorial?

Augusta definitely his best shot - hes listed at 50/1 now. he looks a lot better compared to last year, he can actually squat down to read the putts, his body isnt breaking down after the first 36 holes, but probably will still be too rusty and not have enough tournaments under him to be a serious contender.

No.

What’s the PED situation in golf? Is there anything that really helps? What kind of testing do they do?
