Haven’t read it, but summaries of it make me think it’s a long shot.
For instance, complaint alleges that PGA and Majors are colluding. If true this would be a legal issue, but the Majors are still letting LIV players compete. So far they’ve taken no adverse action against LIV players.
Perhaps it’s intended more to force the Majors to be more flexible (e.g. give points to LIV tournaments).

Yeah but then you get hilarious stories when country clubs go from elite to hyperelite and a bunch if 1%ers get mad the club is now for the 0.01%
