One of her first tweets that I can recall that I don’t instantly think is exactly correct.

So what’s up with the “fair and square” comment then?
It is possible both for Biden to have clearly won and for there to be issues with voting that should be addressed going forward. Even if that’s not the case, she recognizes that conspiracizing doesn’t do her any good.
