I chose my PCP based on the one closest to me that was in my network. The office was super busy and whenever you called to ask about anything they’d divert you to a voicemail message system where they’re supposed to call you back but never do. So definitely read the online reviews first!
I live in the city of Boston and also am looking for a PCP. Every review of every place is horrible. Almost all of them have receptionists who never answer the phone, etc. Most aren’t taking new patients either. Not sure where to look at this point.
