Ultras group stage overnight vigil to prevent attack on Celtic Park
An overnight campaign in midweek across the city saw fly-posters of the most iconic images from the last 20 years underline the changing colours of the Glasgow.
On Friday Morning the Green Brigade put up a massive banner/trailer at Lennoxtown and enjoyed some interaction with the players and Neil Lennon.
Those sort of actions don’t go un-noticed, a spoiling campaign or counter attack could have been launched on Celtic Park overnight leaving minimal time for a clean up operation with the match kicking-off at 12.30 in front of the watching eyes of the media.
No risks were taken, Celtic Park was surrounded, it will be business as usual this morning when the champions arrive for work looking to take a decisive step towards the goal of 10-in-a-row.
To be fair to my young cuz, he called it after his 2nd game… Said he was a donkey and too slow for Scottish football, he’s the 1 guy that I trust on it as he’s played with the best of rangers and his dad’s best friend coaches at a high level.
Everyone seems to be on Lennon back too & today I see it as a group thing with playing bad with a run off bad luck wrt injuries and luck on the pitch.
I can see why people be down now as I’m starting to feel the same as we need a lift, if the score had held at 2-3 that may have gave us a bounce.
I dunno what’s up tbh but something is… 2020 sucks man.
