Scottish Premiership Tables & Standings - Sky Sports Football

Team Pl W D L F A GD Pts

1 Rangers 7 6 1 0 15 0 15 19
2 Hibernian 7 5 1 1 11 3 8 16
3 Celtic 5 4 1 0 15 2 13 13

Are Rangers going to give you more competition this season?

Celtic have not hit the heights of last season yet & with there being no crowds at the moment it should give TheRangers at least a better chance to compete with us, but their picking up injuries atm and donā€™t have cover for most spots, losing Ryan Jack and possibly losing there best defender Barisic to injury problems this season could hinder them more than last season.

  • The ultimate fact is that they have no real TheRangers fans as players, gerrerd is inexperienced and the club still has major financial problems.

But ultimately its upto the other Scottish teams to put up a fight too and tbh Hibernian, Aberdeen, Kilmarnock & motherwell all seem to have their own problems with not starting too well.

Hibs V TheRangers on Sunday should be a good guide for them away from home, with the no fans being there it should be advantage TheRangers but weā€™ll see.

Its looking like a Yes in that department but they do need a star signing Iā€™d say.

Managers donā€™t score goals either.

Liverpool actually signing Jota?

Seems perfect, is the player we badly need, can provide cover for front three and is quality, imo.

What do you think of the G.Bale signing? Does it make my predictions seem true?

I donā€™t remember what your prediction was. Theyā€™ll need to improve a lot from their first game. The transfer window is still open for another couple of weeks too.

Iā€™ve took Tottenham to finish above Arsenal this seasonā€¦ And wholly admit itā€™s my 1st attempt at predictions in the EPL. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Liverpool

In all honesty I think thereā€™s 3 sets of teamsā€¦

Liverpool & Man City

Man utd & Chelsea

Arsenal & Tottenham

That basically canā€™t be split without some luck involved, last minute goals or lucky strikes etc.

I donā€™t know really. We had a terrible spell last season with a manager who lost us tons of points when we were ahead in games, and I donā€™t see that happening again. Weā€™ve got two new centre backs who may take time to adjust but will be a big improvement. We need two midfielders but even if we only get Aouar the net of all the changes should be a big positive, and the belief the players clearly have in Arteta that they didā€™t have in Emery will add more to the positive side.

The bookies have us as 5th not far behind Utd and Aouar could change that, as could signings Spuds make this window, but I donā€™t think Bale alone is enough to change things.

Further up, Chelsea have obviously made some big signings but Lampard hasnā€™t convinced yet and the sort of pressure that made Emery lose a lot of points though being ultra-cautious will really be on him now. I do see them finishing in clear third unless Utd go crazy in whatā€™s left of the transfer window.

Me too in all honesty, alough I seen him as one of the PLā€™s best players when he was younger and still regard him as being up there it takes more than a Messi or Bale to get out of the slump Tottenham seem to be in where as Arsenal seem on a positive step forward.

I hope Tottenham does fail badly as, as a team I really dislike them and there manager.

Im not even going to watch the Documentary they put out as I couldnā€™t last that long watching him.

Dam stream keeps cutting out, back to the radio and missed 2 goals, fml. :slightly_frowning_face:

Id have Leicester, Everton and even Wolves above Spurs this season

Iā€™d love to see Spuds fail as much as anyone especially as who there manager is, letā€™s hope they do. :grinning:

Dam, I missed the fight in leith today, subs and everything :disappointed:

Unfortunately no winnersā€¦ :joy:

A few choice words was spokenā€¦
