I agree it’s absurd. They’re gonna take the word of someone who’s been found guilty of fraud that he’ll make sure the funds are there. Yeah right

I could use a conviction to win some bets, but I’m not hopeful that any real consequence coming out of it. I’m not even hopeful of a conviction tbh
And if he’s going to lose the appeal he can just pull the money out and revert to the “fuck you no” defence
