I know this sounds like a joke, but it is not at all far off from stuff that many fancy schools are already doing under the category of “Professional Studies” and other certificate programs. Harvard already has a branded “online” school of dubious quality. I wouldn’t call them scams exactly, but they are getting pretty clos. I wouldn’t even blink if Columbia or someone bought out Devry or something.

I think normally they handle this by modifying the habitat to discourage birds from building nests, and also stuff like dogs loud and noises. They don’t let randos set up hunting blinds as far as I know.
