The 2012 study showed that watching Fox News (and MSNBC lol) often made people dumber than if they hadn’t watched any news at all.
But it wasn’t until I looked into what inspired that study — and the results of similar studies being conducted again and again — that I discovered just how bad the problem is.
See if they will join you in other brain-killing activities like drinking, Scrabble, and huffing gas.
Some hopium? My boomer cousin (recently retired surgeon) has stopped his stream of BIDENFLATION facebook posts and just posted a “the british museum should return all that shit they stole” thing. I guess it’s possible he posted it in a “omg can you believe these snowflakes” sense but he didn’t add any of his own commentary.
