So Cohen told the guy Trump was offering to pay to defend him what he needed to tell him to reassure Trump Cohen was still on the team.
This is hardly a technicality. Calling it a technicality makes it seem more complex and nuanced than it is. You have to disclose witnesses ahead of time in a trial, you can’t just add people at the last second as a surprise. So either this guy was disclosed as a witness and he can testify or he wasn’t and Trump’s attorneys fucked up.
