Thereâs plenty of evidence, but itâs my understanding that it only becomes a felony if the falsification of documents was with the intent to cover up a secondary crime. To my knowledge, no one but Cohen has testified to that. This was always going to be the tricky part. Not the proving he had knowledge that the docs were falsified
