Oh yeah, I’m certainly not complaining about that title.
This team had no chance in the tourney and that’s ok. Making the dance was a good accomplishment. Second round was their ceiling. Just wish they could have at least been more competitive in the loss.
Didn’t have the talent. No inside game whatsoever, which led to problems finding perimeter offense, as well. Without Beekman, this team would’ve been one of the worst in the country. He carried all season.
Transfer portal and NIL has really hurt the program. Bennett needs guys who stay and develop and that’s just not happening. Doesn’t help that they lost their entire frontcourt after last season.
The available options for watching this tournament are garbage. I have CBS access through multiple apps and TNT / TBS / TruTV access through yet another app and can’t get all of them into one fucking app because reasons. StReAMiNg gOnNa bE sO mUcH bEtTeR.
I dont really care much for sports but in college like 25 years ago was the photographer for the student paper so i went to the games that amazing season amd sat next to espn and sports illustrated under the basket … really a great experience… press food and courtside when they upset kentucky …
