Right call there.
The Rick Barnes stink never really goes away.
5,5,9,4 final four is incredible
Larranaga seems like a real solid coach. Am I allowed to like him or are there some skeletons I need to know about.
Texas down 6 with 18 seconds left driving to the rim for 2 points.
Raftery: [Nodding his head] There you go!
We could end up with a Miami-FAU final. Nobody has ever written or thought that sentence until now.
Wrong. I thought it yesterday!
Brag: ESPN tells me my bracket is currently in the 99.7th percentile with 700 points
Beat: Didnāt enter any money brackets for the first time in like 20 years :(
Variance: my Kindergartenerās bracket is in the 94th percentile so maybe itās not so tough to do
I have no in between when it comes to brackets. Mine are either really good or the nut low. This year was nut low.
Was crushing the first weekend in a bracket. Then the HOU/BAMA debacle crushed that one, but my Purdue bracket had Xavier making a run.
Thpppt. $5 bracket. About 15 years ago I won 2 out of 3 years. Have scored the occasional 2nd/3rd. That leaves prolly 20+ years of futility.
he was the coach at George Mason the year they made a final four as an 11 seed
I still donāt think Uconn is too good and just makes two games super boring.
That was a huge part of the reason why I think he is such a good coach.
And his big game that run was beating UConn when they looked killerā¦one more time?
Heās a boomer.
2006 uconn was killer and clear top team overall* (edit I thought so but it seems duke was ranked 1st) heading into the tournament and looked like ass in it, tied with 5 min left to the 16 seed, beat 8 seed by 4, beat 5 seed in OT, lose by 2 to 11 seed in OT.

Yeah yeahā¦
But Larranga UConn killer one more time?
Heās a boomer.
Some, I assume, are good people
By the way, Caitlin Clark had a 40-point triple-double in the Elite Eight last night. 41-10-12 and 8-14 from three. Almost a quadruple double, as she had 9 turnovers, but considering how much she is involved in every play, I think she can be forgiven.
Whoever hires Dusty May is getting a hell of a coach.
Really love FAU against San Diego St. They are so good at whipping the ball around and having 4 shooters on the floor at all times which I think is the kryptonite for SDSUās defense.
