well, it was roasted 9/23 and I opened the bag 11/6, finished on 11/10, I don’t think it could have changed THAT much in that short period though it’s certainly possible. FWIW I keep the beans in one of those Fellow Atmos cannisters.

you would normally put your ceramic drinkware on top of the machine to keep them warm. If you’re putting paper cups up there it means you don’t have any real cups and you’ve given up on life.
