We ended forced moderator retirement. We didn’t stop new people from volunteering to be mods or being nominated to be mods. That’s how we used to do it before the rotating system.

This whole thing got out in the open because jman said he had no interest in having contact with us, so I asked if that included him PMing us to call us anti semites
Just like how in the PM thread, after first making multiple serious attempts to help, I responded to jman’s “you guys can maybe get through to this anti semite better than I can, since he’s on your team”, I posted “jman can you help me get through to Los Angeles sheriff Alex Villanueva since he’s on your team” and then every non captian acted very offended and left the PM
