I wish it was, there’s nothing stopping it from happening for most posters but I understand why they would choose to not post here.

I will assume that is correct and will edit my post, though I was fairly confident this individual had some sort of role in the creation of that site

No. His technical expertise was very helpful for getting the site up and running, but throughout that process he requested (and we all agreed) that he should never have admin access.
