Yes, and I posted why I thought that wasn’t the case. He was quite careful not to let the mask slip during the past several years. This was intentional. He knew the consequences and he didn’t care.
Needing better PR skills implies that he’d have done something different if he had more PR skills. I’m not sure that’s the case.
