What did you have before? Where are you getting these made??? $930 seems insane for progressives, my progressives lenses are like $200 with no insurance at Costco.

usually cosmetic in game stuff is the biggest but some of them are raking in a lot.
There are games where if you spend you have a much bigger castle and can plow over all the peons, people spend thousands and I know people have spent over 100k+. Most of these people are idiot trumper types that just want to be jerks to people, those games allow them to do that on top of doing that in the real world too.
People are idiots with money.
One of the biggest is a puzzle game that isn’t good. It’s about what gets out there with people and people buying stuff in it.

I play a golf game on which people spend crazy money. For a few months I spent ~$20 and then they put me in a “Champion’s Club” via which I get solicitations like this:

That didn’t make any sense to me at first, does now. I’ve been conned, here’s tons of money. Psychology is weird man.

I loved my. Progressives but they broke. I need to get a new frame for them. I actually probably need new lenses too my eyesight is getting worse.
But once I got used to progressives I loved them. I miss them.
Most of those mobile games make their revenue from in app purchases. Some are Pay to win. Others offer a dizzying array of cosmetics. But that is the. Standard model for a huge percentage of mobile games.

I never did a deep dive, but it’s a routine part of the sales pitch for them here in USA#47. This was the first google hit I found, but you can find many other vendors’ pages that say something similar
